- Manages the daily operations of the security department.
- Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
- Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
- Monitors and follows up on complaints and investigations.
- Assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and policies/procedures.
- Prepares to exhibit oversight of emergency management plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to speak, read and write in the English language [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms internally and externally [Required]
- Ability to motivate co-workers to function effectively as a team in a challenging environment [Required]
