- Coordinates and supports employee onboarding, regulatory compliance maintenance, and human resources projects.
- Provides office administrative support utilizing excellent customer service skills while promoting the human resources operating model.
- Manages inventory of office supplies, ingoing/outgoing mail, calendars and schedules, agendas, minutes, and phone/walk-ins to support human resources operations.
- Supports human resources programs and initiatives at a local level as directed.
- Administers employee badge process, including granting and tracking badge access, maintaining badge supplies, and printer maintenance.
