Monitors call volumes and manages call queues to ensure timely patient calls and scheduling. Takes incoming queue calls and resolves issues to maintain team performance. Identifies and resolves problems quickly to meet scheduling goals. Provides motivation, education, and training to team members. Ensures proper scheduling protocols for balanced infusion center schedules. Reviews and communicates scheduling reports and metrics to the team. Educates the team on the importance of balanced schedules and provides medical terminology training. Audits appointments to ensure future appointments align with physician orders. Works closely with physician offices and clinical partners. Acts as a communication point for service line and clinical partners, escalating issues to leadership if needed. Communicates scheduling delays to service line partners and educates the team to prevent future delays. Maintains open communication with various departments to ensure exceptional patient experiences.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Effective oral communication skills [Required]
