Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
Address: 887 E Altamonte Dr. Altamonte Springs, FL 32701
- Assists with scheduling, visibility, and coordination of simulation training resources and resolves resource‑related conflicts.
- Supports inventory management by cataloging simulators, task trainers, equipment, and supplies within the simulation IT system.
- Helps manage budget processes related to simulation equipment, supplies, and departmental needs.
- Ensures all simulation resources, including human patient simulators and task trainers, are prepared, maintained, and ready for training or exercises.
- Performs post‑exercise reset, immediate repairs, scheduled maintenance, and coordinates vendor or campus maintenance support.
- Maintains records, documentation, and file structures related to logistics, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Analyzes logistical data, identifies problems or opportunities, and produces meaningful reports for stakeholders.
- Provides input for budget forecasting, advises on resource adjustments, and operates enterprise‑wide simulation management systems.
- Continuously identifies process improvement opportunities and supports departmental initiatives to enhance simulation technologies and resource support.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills through effective reports, presentations, and organizational interactions. [Required]
- Manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while responding effectively to time‑sensitive issues and deadlines. [Required]
- Works independently with strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in team‑driven environments. [Required]
- Possesses strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). [Required]
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. [Required]
- Experienced with document management and organizational tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana, and Visio and virtual meeting platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom. [Preferred]
- Familiar with simulation environments, including patient simulators, audiovisual platforms, and related maintenance/troubleshooting. [Preferred]
- Familiar with logistics, maintenance, supply and inventory management processes and procedures. [Preferred]
- Familiar with hospital-based medical terminology, consumable supplies, equipment and technology for the purpose of supporting teams with logistical operations of maintenance and supply. [Preferred]
- Expert knowledge of current AdventHealth Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. [Preferred]
- Formal project and/or program management skills. [Preferred]
Education:
- Associates [Required]
- Bachelor’s [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in business, education, technology, logistics/supply chain or related field
Work Experience:
- 5 years project coordination, administration, operations, technology, logistics, maintenance management, supply chain processes and procedures or training [Preferred]
- 2 years of experience in medical simulation training [Preferred]
Additional Information:
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associates degree AND 0 years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equiv AND 2 years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Driver's License (DL) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
- Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialists (CHSOS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
