Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30am 1:00pm some holidays.
Prepare, assemble, weigh, and measure hot and cold food items—including salads, sandwiches, fillings, and bakery products—according to requisitions and recipe specifications to ensure consistency and timely delivery. Ensure and verify product quality for taste, appearance, and freshness; label items accurately with expiration dates and segregate and route products to appropriate locations based on requisitions. Set up, operate, break down, and sanitize food production equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines; maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Monitor and record food temperatures and holding times; rotate inventory using FIFO method and complete documentation to ensure food safety compliance. Manage high-volume production to meet deadlines and productivity goals; communicate and collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to resolve issues, request supplies, and support smooth operations. Other duties as assigned.

- ServeSafe Certification (SERV) [Preferred]
