- Provides frontline leadership and direct supervision to all staff on shift.
- Assumes management responsibilities in the absence of Respiratory leadership.
- Supports management decisions in a positive, professional manner.
- Supervises the delivery of cardiopulmonary care in accordance with applicable policy and procedure.
- Monitors patient progress to ensure effective therapist assessment and reassessment.
- Computer skills such as Word. [Required]
- Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. [Required]
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio proficiency [Preferred]
- Must demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and strong leadership qualities [Preferred]
Education:
- Associate'sin Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- N/A
Work Experience:
- 3 years experience in a hospital as a RRT [Required]
- 1 years in critical care [Required]
