Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Manchester. In this role, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on patients of all ages to assist in the diagnosis of patient illness. You must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and maintain continuing education requirements. Additionally, you must be able to produce high-quality images with minimal supervision, function effectively in a team-oriented environment, and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality control checks
- Maintain patient safety standards
- Assist radiologists in interpreting exams
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain CEU requirements
- CPR certification
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with age-specific criteria
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
