Location: 80 Brownsberger Circle, Hendersonville, NC
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Develops and evaluates orientation programs for new employees, coordinating clinical rotations, and supervising preceptor activities.
Offers continuing education and in-services based on staff and facility needs. Prepares and implements department-specific learning opportunities and acts as a resource for staff educational opportunities and EMR documentation.
Guides and supervises staff in developing educational programs.
Liaises with pharmaceutical and product representatives for education on new drugs and technology.
Adheres to department, clinical, and corporate compliance policies.
Assists with special projects and annual competencies for RNs, LPNs, and CMAs. Participates in quality improvement processes and stays updated on specialty trends and technology changes.
Maintains the system for tracking education and ongoing competency documentation using a reliable database or software.
Collaborates with department managers, clinical leads, and the Education Department to assess learning needs and develop education plans.
Ensures the empowerment and support of employees to be experts in their fields. Provides didactic, lab, clinical instruction, and functional education for the outpatient service line.

- Must be proficient in the English language [Required]

- Knowledge of accreditation requirements, TJC, HFAP etc [Required]
- Speaker and Presentation skills [Preferred]
Education:
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

Pay Range:
