Work Schedule: Onsite, Full Time Monday - Friday. Executive Assistant to Regional CFO, CNO, and CPO.
- Manages executive calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, appointments, and departmental communications while serving as the primary point of contact for phone calls, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Oversees departmental administrative operations including invoice processing, expense reporting, supply management, and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
- Develops and maintains departmental reports, Excel tracking tools, PowerPoint presentations, meeting documentation, and other business support materials.
- Supports departmental initiatives through project coordination, budget preparation assistance, strategic planning support, and meeting management including minute-taking and documentation.
- Represents the department on cross-functional teams, task forces, and community events while providing ongoing operational and administrative support as needed.
- Proficient with computer programs with word processing: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. [Required]
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management and outside venders. [Required]
- Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail and ability and willingness to multi task. [Required]
- Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature. [Required]
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment. [Required]
- Good math skills with an ability to understand and work with spreadsheets. [Required]

Education:
- Associate [Preferred]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field Preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 prior experience working in assigned department or a medical/hospital related environment [Preferred]
- 5 years of secretarial/administrative experience [Required]
- Prior administrative support for an executive/C-Suite level [Preferred]
- Years of prior clerical support for an executive or marketing executive [Preferred]

Pay Range:
