Job Description:

Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Support daily café and kitchen operations by assisting with restocking supplies, food preparation, patient meal production, dishwashing, meal delivery, and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service. Other duties as assigned. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally. Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely while issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of food items and ability to interact with customers to answer questions and to promote food offerings. [Required]
• Ability to communicate in English. [Required]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• or G.E.D.

Work Experience:

• Previous cash register\ cash handling experience [Preferred]
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry to include front of the house, back of the house and customer service [Preferred]
