Up to $10,000 sign-on Bonus
Up to $3000 Relocation Bonuses
Additional Earnings Potential for Floating PT: Eligible team members may earn up to $6 per hour in additional earnings, based on role, location, and eligibility requirements.
Locations Available: This role works across all AdventHealth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation locations, providing consistent, whole-person support wherever care is delivered.
Schedule: Various schedule open from Monday - Saturday at outpatient clinic locations
Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Entry level competency of physical therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies [Required]
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
Education:
- Doctorate [Preferred]

Pay Range:
