The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for providing assistance to the Cardiopulmonary Department. This position works variable shifts to meet the needs of the department, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, this role requires weekend work. In addition, this position performs a wide variety of job duties during shifts. Additionally, this role operates under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary manager and any assigned charge therapist.

Reviews patients charts, ensures proper orders prior to testing, and documents all procedures appropriately.
Reviews, collects, and evaluates pertinent and relevant clinical data.
Performs procedures within the scope of practice as defined by the departmental policy and procedure manual.
Provides effective education to patients, students, and co-workers.
Performs age-specific care for infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Adheres to PPID and infection prevention policies and procedures.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
High School/GED
BLS
Preferred qualifications:
ACLS
