Responsible for managing the daily operations, staffing, and patient flow of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. This position collaborates with patients, families, physicians, administration, and associates to provide high-quality care. Additionally, this role oversees the implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with healthcare standards, and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes. This position develops and monitors the clinical integrity of assigned programs, supports staff development, and fosters a collaborative work environment. - The Emergency and Regional Inpatient Float Pools offer employees the opportunity to experience different Emergency and Critical Care Units of Multiple specialties while serving various communities in the Greater Orlando area.
Responsible for managing the daily operations, staffing, and patient flow of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. This position collaborates with patients, families, physicians, administration, and associates to provide high-quality care. Additionally, this role oversees the implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with healthcare standards, and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes. This position develops and monitors the clinical integrity of assigned programs, supports staff development, and fosters a collaborative work environment. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 1 years of nursing experience
- 1 years of leadership experience
- Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
- RQI completed by end of orientation
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience
- 2 years leadership experience
