Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing the firm’s marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive client engagement, and support business development efforts. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and campaign execution to strengthen the firm’s presence and attract prospective clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. This individual will work closely with leadership, advisors, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with firm growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and manage content for email marketing, website updates, social media, and client communications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator with external marketing partners ensuring alignment, effective communication and time execution of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads, manage inbound lead
  • flow, and collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline development and conversion efforts.
  • Coordinate client events, seminars, and community outreach initiatives
  • Assist with brand management to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation systems for campaigns and reporting
  • Track and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with advisors to develop marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention
  • Manage vendor relationships (designers, printers, digital platforms, etc.)
  • Support compliance review processes for marketing materials in a regulated environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and streamline processes
  • Oversee end-to-end podcast and video content management across multiple platforms to support brand visibility and audience engagement.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email platforms, social media management tools, and website content management systems
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
  • Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to target audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in a regulated industry is a plusRequired Abilities and Personal Character Qualities

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
