Overview
At Advent Media Group, we produce advertorial features for national publications including Fortune, Forbes, Entrepreneur, TIME, Good Housekeeping, and Architectural Digest. We work with hundreds of clients each year to take digital and print projects from sale to production under strict publication deadlines.
This role sits at the center of that process.
The Role
We are hiring an entry-level Project Coordinator to manage active client projects from kickoff to publication.
This is a deadline-driven, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for keeping dozens of projects moving forward at all times—often with limited client responsiveness and fixed press deadlines.

What You’ll Do
- Manage 40–80 active client projects at different stages
- Communicate daily with clients via phone and email to keep projects moving
- Follow up consistently with unresponsive clients
- Track project status across internal systems and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with sales reps, writers, and designers to move projects forward
- Ensure all materials are completed and approved before press deadlines
- Handle multiple competing priorities without dropping details
- Editing client revised copy

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, English, History, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred, although all majors eligible)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in project management software like Monday.com or Asana a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
