We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Conversational Designer with strong expertise in designing intelligent conversational experiences and chatbot solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Skills:
10 years of IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer
Expertise in NLU Intent & Utterance Authoring
Experience designing and building Topic Blocks
Strong understanding of Conversational UX Design
Ability to create seamless, user-friendly virtual agent experiences
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions
Create and maintain NLU intents, utterances, and conversational flows
Build scalable topic block structures and chatbot experiences
Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance user engagement
Improve conversational UX and automation capabilities
Salary : $60 - $66
