Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to design, build, and guide the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires strong platform expertise, architecture leadership, and hands-on technical capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, solution design, and technical governance for ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Oversee configuration, customization, and development across HRSD, CMDB, IRM, ITOM, and ITSM.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
Ensure platform security, performance, and adherence to ITIL and ServiceNow standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience; 3 years in an Architect/Lead role.
Expertise in one or more modules (HRSD, CMDB, IRM/GRC, ITOM, ITSM).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and data models.
Experience with integrations, automation, and CMDB/Discovery (for ITOM roles).
Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (any module), CAD, CTA.
Soft Skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead Agile teams and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
