Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and architectural experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM, with the ability to guide teams, define architecture standards, and engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
Design and govern CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
Lead ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Architect integrations with enterprise systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, cloud platforms, monitoring tools)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers
Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and performance
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management
Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile delivery models
Experience & Qualifications
5 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
2 3 years in a Lead or Architect role
Strong ITIL process knowledge and implementation experience
Hands-on scripting and configuration experience
Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, reporting, and UI configurations
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CTA (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation, TOGAF, or IT4IT certification
Experience with AWS / Azure integrations
DevOps or CI/CD exposure for ServiceNow deployments
