What are the responsibilities and job description for the LTC Housekeeping Supervisor position at Advent Christian Village?
- Provide guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure work assignments & cleaning schedules are completed as assigned
- Oversee all areas of cleaning, including resident rooms, common areas, & work areas to ensure areas are sanitary, orderly, and ready for use
- Help develop routine cleaning schedule that ensures safety and wellbeing of facility residents, staff, and guests
- Develop & monitor daily staff work schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage
- Maintain recordkeeping requirements for all housekeeping department services as required
- Monitor department inventory; alert director to restock when needed; ensure staff are properly trained in the safe & proper use of products
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Successful AHCA survey experience required**
- At least 2 years' experience in healthcare environmental services or housekeeping services required**
- Valid FL DL required**
