- Record donations and demographic information in database and generate receipts, letters and reports.
- PC literacy required;** must be proficient with MS Office Suite;** experience in Raiser’s Edge strongly preferred
- Good working knowledge of record keeping requirements for charitable contributions to non profit organizations a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, speed, excellent customer service required**
- Must be able to work well with various types of customers**
