What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Building Manager position at Advent Christian Village?
- Help new residents move in and orient to surroundings; assist with moveouts
- Provide daily guidance for all sorts of ACV information for apartment building residents
- Monitor safety & health needs of residents; get help to residents as needed; ensure daily check-ins are followed
- Help residents through practice emergency drills so they are safe and drills are successful
- Help with HUD applications and annual recertifications
- Maintain current emergency evacuation plans
- Help manage apartment renovation schedule
- Make timely reports if apartment repairs are needed; help ensure timely resolution
- Must be PC literate**
- Must communicate well with senior adults individually and in small groups**
