We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering outstanding service.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
- Drive occupancy, rental income, and NOI through strategic leasing and retention efforts
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve individual and property goals
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain a high standard of curb appeal and asset preservation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws
- Build strong relationships with residents and vendors
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of multifamily experience
- Proven ability to drive occupancy and financial performance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, etc.) is a plus
