Title: Camp Host
Reports to: General Manager
Department: Operations
Summary: Ensure the Campgrounds are effectively maintained to protect the natural environment and ensure a clean a safe environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Collect camping and vehicle fees for visitors as well as money from fee tubes (if applicable)
- Clean bathrooms, camp sites, fire rings and any other assigned areas in a manner consistent with company expectations
- Consistently dispose of trash and maintain receptacles.
- Report any needs related to minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possess upbeat and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally.
- Understand basic math.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum one-two (1-2) years of customer service experience
