- Optimize staffing, census, and financial performance
Skills
- Active LNHA in Kansas
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong grasp of nursing home regulations and financial oversight
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver measurable results
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in aspects of care delivery.
