- Anticipated $85,000–$110,000, based on experience

Overview:
- Manage commercial paint and wall covering projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects at once
- Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material available to the floor
- Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
- Maintain quality standards and keep subs in a position to succeed
- Report directly to regional office leadership
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Commercial paint and wall covering project management experience — required
- High-end commercial interior finish background preferred (healthcare, multifamily, hospitality)
- 3–7 years of PM experience in commercial construction — specialty contractor preferred
- Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
- Interest in future branch leadership
