A global manufacturer is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This full-time role supports logistics with data entry, tracking, and clerical duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Anticipate $24-$28/hour, based on experience
- Full suite of benefits, health insurance, PTO, etc.
- Ability to work overtime (typical hours are 6am-5pm, M-F)
Responsibilities:
- Import receiving data and update ERP system accurately.
- Prepare shipping documents and upload project photos.
- Track customer orders and report shortages to supervisors.
- Scan, file, and organize paperwork daily.
- Collaborate with shipping and pick/pack teams.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience or basic knowledge.
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook skills; ability to learn ERP.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and work 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
