Our Credit Union is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding member experience while helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you will:

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude in person and over the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and assist members with account maintenance and changes.
• Educate members about products and services that best fit their financial needs.
• Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Balance your cash drawer daily while maintaining accuracy and security.
• Assist with branch operations, including ATM balancing, vault support, and other branch functions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality while adhering to all security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to branch goals by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to better serve our members.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.50 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Cash Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
