Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle-based projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile project execution.
Required Skills:
- PMP Certification is required.
- 8 years of Project Management experience with Oracle applications/projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking, sprint planning, and issue management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive project execution, risk management, and status reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle project implementations and enhancements.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Track project progress using JIRA and provide regular status updates.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Salary : $85 - $90
