Responsibilities
- Screen patients, visitors, and equipment for MRI safety, including implants and ferromagnetic objects
- Position patients and select the appropriate coils and imaging sequences for each study
- Administer gadolinium contrast when ordered, following facility protocol
- Obtain diagnostic-quality images, adjusting parameters to manage motion and artifacts, and provide completed studies to radiologists
Travel MRI Tech Requirements:
- 2 years of recent MRI Tech experience
- Must hold all required MRI Tech certifications and licenses as mandated by Florida and national regulatory bodies
