Role Description
This contract role of Credentialing Specialist is based on-site in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include overseeing the credentialing process for medical staff, verifying qualifications, managing documentation for compliance, and ensuring accuracy for Medicare and other credentialing bodies. The Credentialing Specialist will also communicate with healthcare professionals and facilities to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the credentialing process.
Qualifications
- Must have travel healthcare staffing experience
- Experience in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Medicare credentialing processes
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in managing compliance documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and best practices
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
