Salary Range:
$90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually
Full-Time | Bridgewater, NJ | Hybrid | Start January 2026
The Advantice Health social community team (aka The VIBE) is looking for an Influencer Creator Lead to scale programs across Amlactin, Kerasal, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, and New Skin. You’ll own day-to-day execution (e.g., sourcing, contracting, go-live, reporting), partner cross-functionally to build 360 campaigns, and help stand up a best-in-class in-house model.
This role follows a hybrid work model based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. The selected candidate must live within a reasonable commuting distance and is required to be on-site at least three days per week—equating to a minimum of 60% of their time—to support regular, in-person collaboration with the team.
In this role, you’ll:
📣 Identify, vet, recruit, and nurture creator relationships with influencers and creators and maintain a brand-safe roster and pipeline
📝 Build briefs, deliverables, timelines; coordinate reviews through Brand and Regulatory
💼 Negotiate rates, usage, and whitelisting/Spark terms; manage revisions and redlines with Legal; ensure FTC compliance
📊 Report performance and recommend optimizations and re-use
🤝 Partner with Brand and PR to design and activate fully integrated programs (social, digital, PR, retail)
🎥 Collaborate with Social and Content to repurpose creator assets for brand channels and paid amplification
🌎 Stay on top of creator economy trends, platform updates, and best practices
📦 Own product seeding operations (lists, outreach, shipments, tracking)
Qualifications:
🎯 3-5 years in influencer marketing or talent/creator management (agency experience strongly preferred)
🎯 Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
🎯 Proficiency with influencer management tools (Later Influence) and basic paid social concepts (Spark Ads, Boosting)
🎯 Proven success in scaling multi-brand influencer programs that drive measurable results
🎯 Comfortable working with contracts, FTC disclosures, and brand safety vetting
