Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance across our many projects, including roofing, carpentry, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the appearance and upkeep of our many projects.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot issues on projects.
- Operate tools such as drills, saws, and other devices to identify faults and perform repairs.
- Supervise or assist with small-scale projects, ensuring safety standards are met while completing tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally, ensuring all work aligns with safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general home maintenance or related fields such as roofing, siding or residential repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with architectural plans is essential.
- Ability to operate tools including drills, saws, and other equipment confidently.
- Skilled in drywall and residential painting with attention to detail.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate tasks effectively within teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration.
