Director of FP&A | Consumber Packaged Goods
We’re partnering with a high-growth consumer products company seeking a hands-on Director of FP&A to lead planning, reporting, and commercial finance.
Location: Bay Area, CA
Schedule: Hybrid
Compensation: $165,000–$195,000 base, plus bonus and equity eligibility

What you’ll do:
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build customer, channel, SKU, and margin models
• Prepare executive and Board-level financial reporting
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Manage and develop one FP&A team member while staying hands-on
What you’ll bring:
• 10 years of progressive FP&A experience
• CPG experience required; food & beverage preferred
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills
• Executive-level communication and Board reporting experience
• NetSuite, BI, planning tools, or automation/AI experience preferred
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
