Your work guides key decisions and drives profitability. Key Responsibilities• Analyze raw material, labor, and overhead costs• Track actual vs. standard costs—explain variances• Support multiple plant managers on cost and inventory issues• Maintain cost accounting systems and BOMs• Handle month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations• Support physical inventory and cycle counts• Drive financial reporting and improvement projects• Back up other cost accountants as needed What You’ll Bring• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience• 3–5 years of cost accounting in manufacturing• Strong Excel and ERP experience• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks Bonus Skills• Power BI or other business intelligence tools• Database/reporting experience• Solid understanding of inventory and ROI metrics Ready to make an impact?This is a full-time, onsite role with a high-performing team.
