Accounts Payable

Position: Accounts Payable (AP) – Long-Term Temporary
Location: Carson, CA
Schedule: Hybrid – 12 days in-office per month, remaining days remote
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices daily for accuracy and completeness; enter into system for payment

• Communicate with vendors and affiliates regarding AP-related issues

• Maintain exception logs and tracking records

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and vendor concerns

• Generate and maintain payment analysis reports

• Assist AP Supervisor and Management with special projects

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in basic Excel functions

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to process 100 invoices daily - Good with Excel

• Strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies

• Professional, reliable, and collaborative team player

Preferred Background

• Education: High School Diploma required; AA or BA preferred

• Experience: Less than 3 years of experience acceptable with proven trainability and aptitude
