Monday - Friday - On-site

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Location: next to Carson

We are working with a stable and growing distribution company near Carson that is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity. This is a great chance to join an established organization offering long-term stability and career growth within the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer and vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail

• Review billing documentation and resolve discrepancies

• Perform account, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments

• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting support

• Support intercompany invoicing and reconciliation activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams

Ideal Background:

• 1–3 years of accounting experience

• Experience with Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
