Job Description: We are looking for proactive individuals with mechanical/thermal/electrical degree engineering background, positive team player attitude who can plan and drive product development. Successful candidates should possess skills in understanding thermal/mechanical applications, products development, solving complex situations/problems, comfortable negotiating with stakeholders and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in Solidworks/PDM & FEA Simulation.
Ability to read and implement GD&T and conduct tolerance stack up analysis using worst case and RSS methods.
Strong skills in problem solving and communication.
Working full time on-site in Chandler, AZ. Ability to travel domestic/international (~30%) and flexibility adjusting work hours when needed.
Detailed knowledge of manufacturing and product costing is a plus.
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
Test socket or interconnect designs.
Understand SI/PI principles and design challenges.
Education & Experience:
Highly motivated engineer with Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering. Related engineering qualifications will be considered. Master’s degree is a plus.
3 years experience in product design and development. Semiconductor IC package test socket development experience will have strong advantage.
