We are seeking a motivated and dependable Manufacturing Operator to join our second-shift team. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided over several months. Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations in a clean, organized environment. Learn and follow established processes with a high level of attention to detail.
Assist engineers by accurately reporting data and observations from various processes.
Operate equipment and handle materials according to safety guidelines.
Maintain work areas and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions carefully.
No prior HDI (high-density interconnect) fabrication experience required; full training will be provided.
Comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well with engineers and peers.
Self-motivated, punctual, and organized. Applicants who do not strongly embody these qualities will not be a good fit for our team.
Capable of standing for extended periods
Flexible with work hours, including availability on weekends
