Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate AOI equipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload PCB layers onto the AOI machine.
- Monitor the inspection process and analyze inspection results.
- Identify and classify defects detected by the AOI system.
- Verify and rework identified defects, including welding openings and cleaning shorts.
- Check trace width, space, and resist to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and defect data.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve inspection issues.
- Undertake preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of AOI machines.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the PCB industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Basic computer skills for operating machine controls.
- Ability to follow detailed requirements and work order instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination for rework tasks.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
