HR Coordinator
Advantest Test Solutions (ATS) is seeking an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for various administrative Human Resources disciplines. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and gain exposure to benefits, employee relations, recruiting and more. A key element for this position is the ability to multitask, think critically, & requires strong attention to detail.
You will provide support in the areas of HRIS/Compensation/Benefits, Staffing/Employment. Responsibilities include a multitude of activities such as navigating the new hire lifecycle, conducting new hire orientations, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, closely maintaining employee files, I9 verifications, administering background checks, offer approvals and will be the liaison between employees & Human Resources for general inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for offer lifecycle including drafting job offers, comp negotiations, offer approvals, complete internal new hire forms, run background checks, verify & maintain I-9s, maintain employee files, file new hire documents, ensure all new hires are compliant with HR policies, etc.
- Heavy data entry in various portals, forms, etc.
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining interviews occur in a timely manner.
- Manage candidate interview schedule with HR & hiring managers.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a positive new hire experience.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations for full-time employees & interns.
- Responsible for running & maintaining ATS Internship Program.
- Assist in planning, managing & execution of company events/ volunteer opportunities/ etc.
- Responsible for maintaining year-round internship program.
- Maintain & assist with internal organizational chart.
- Partner with Benefits Administrator in HQ office on general inquiries, leaves of absence, etc.
- Communicate updates to the HR Business Partner on a weekly basis.
- Help maintain and update ADP Recruiting Management applicant tracking system.
- Work with hiring managers & HR Business Partner to draft & edit job descriptions.
- Analyze applicants' abilities & culture fit by carefully reviewing pre-interview questions.
- Assist with internet postings, passive recruiting, employee referrals, etc.
- Work with various staffing agencies to recruit, interview, and onboard full time employees, interns, and temporary workers.
- All other duties as assigned.
