We're a growing payroll, HR, and employee benefits firm looking for an outgoing, motivated Brand Ambassador to help us build relationships with small businesses throughout the Bergen County area. If you love meeting new people, networking, and being active in the community, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As our Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company - introducing local business owners to our payroll, HR, and benefits solutions while generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Visit local businesses throughout the area to introduce our company and services.
- Drop off swag, scope of services, and more to CPA's - looking to develop a strategic partnership between our firm and CPA partners.
- Attend chamber events, networking groups, trade shows, and community events.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Gather basic company information needed for our team to prepare a complimentary payroll and HR quote.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for our consultants when appropriate.
- Represent our company professionally and enthusiastically in the community.
- Maintain notes and activity in our database.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and able to manage time independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Charleston area.
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, sales, hospitality, or community outreach is a plus - but personality and drive matter more than experience.
