Role:
The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator requires extreme attention to detail and a very high level of organizational and prioritization skills. Work is deadline oriented, and success is measured by on time performance and delivery of the Company’s product in the most cost-effective manner. Creativity and experience are required elements of problem solving shipping and logistical related problems.
Prepare Build crates, package parts and small products to ship by UPS and other appropriate carriers; to receive UPS deliveries.
Competencies:
- Package &/or Crate product for outgoing shipments.
- Track all incoming & outgoing lumber packages per Certificate.
- Work with AMU/AMC to provide accurate and timely shipping quotes
- Collect all Shipping/receiving documents as required.
- Adherence to attendance policy
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for AdvanTec Manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate with AMU/AMC Shipping departments for incoming and outgoing shipments, provide documentation and feedback as required.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company database.
- Complete and file all required paperwork including, but not limited to, cargo manifests, commercial invoices, packing slips and NAFTAs.
- Ensure all shipping terms comply with sales terms and company policies.
- Data entry in accounting system.
- Reporting as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience in logistics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Crate building
- ERP software experience
- NAFTA experience
- Custom rules and regulations
Salary : $21 - $25
