Rehab Tech/Office Assistant - Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity at Skilled Nursing Facilities in Ross Township and Glen Hazel, PA where growth and learning are part of our DNA. The position will support both Kane Ross and Kane Glen Hazel, typically working 2 days per week at each location.

• Split position supporting two skilled nursing facilities: Kane Ross and Kane Glen Hazel
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• 30 hours per week (7.5-hour workdays) 4 day work week
• Schedule will be a combination of days between both locations based on departmental needs, typically working approximately 2 days per week at each site

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide the Rehabilitation Department support to patients
• Answer telephones professionally and communicate messages to an appropriate clinical person
• Work with Insurance Companies to ensure accurate processing
• Schedule services for New and Follow Up Visits
• Enter information into EMR and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare paperwork and gather information and documents
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of all therapy services
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Ensure all therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of Advantage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

About You

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records
• The ability to work independently with little supervision
• Understanding of Scheduling Software, EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
• A thorough understanding of medical terminology, events, and pressures
