- Lead and manage a team of Home Health and Hospice sales professionals
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain an individual sales portfolio while supporting team performance
- Conduct regular field rides and provide coaching, mentorship, and support
- Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive overall business strategy
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications
