Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and industrial lift equipment to move materials.
- Pull, stage, and deliver parts for production and accurately stock warehouse inventory.
- Perform shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Pack crates and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing; forklift experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must wear PPE (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses).
- Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs independently and 75 lbs with assistance.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a manufacturing environment.
