What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technology Lead position at Advantage xPO?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery for Coupa and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules as part of a large-scale digital transformation.
- Configure and support Source-to-Pay, S2P, and procurement workflows including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, supplier enablement, catalog management, user roles, and reporting.
- Support SAP and Coupa integration, master data mapping, and data loads across global environments.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation for enhancements, including WRICEF objects.
- Prepare and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consulting partners to drive project success.
- Provide ongoing guidance, process improvements, and system recommendations across procurement and enterprise solution areas.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of IT experience in enterprise environments, systems integration, consulting, or ERP product organizations.
- 5 years leading enterprise procurement transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Coupa and SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle ERP implementations with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Credentials:
- Degree in Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, or MBA in Finance/IT.
- SAP functional training or certifications.
