Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Support other team members in meal preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe environment.
Skills
- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and dietary aide practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
