Position Summary:

We are seeking a Title Insurance Agent with a strong marketing mindset to help grow and manage a robust book of business while serving as a knowledgeable, trusted resource for our clients. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, has deep knowledge of title workflows, and wants to be part of a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, investors, and other industry partners across the U.S.

• Represent the agency in networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing efforts to promote our national services.

• Educate clients and prospects on the value and scope of our title and settlement offerings.

• Assist in managing pipeline volume, coordinating with internal processors and closers to ensure seamless file flow.

• Identify opportunities for strategic growth in new markets and provide input on marketing campaigns, branding, and messaging.

• Stay current on regulatory and industry developments in various states, offering guidance to clients on local practices and requirements.

• Support the preparation and issuance of title commitments and policies as needed (experience with national underwriting platforms preferred).

Qualifications:

• Active Title Agent License (in one or more states); multi-state knowledge or willingness to expand licensing is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

• Proven ability to generate and retain business through relationship-building and marketing.

• Strong knowledge of national title processes, underwriter requirements, and real estate closing procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a remote environment.

• Experience with platforms such as Title Express, Greenfolders, Qualia, Resware, RamQuest, or SoftPro is a plus.

• A positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for growth and client service.
