This position will collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats.
Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of maintenance or reliability engineering experience in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve long-term asset reliability issues with operations and reliability teams.
- Analyze data to drive reliability improvements and reduce lifecycle costs.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for major equipment failures.
- Support reliability-focused engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review maintenance and operating procedures and support reliability assessments.
- Assist with critical spare parts identification and BOM development.
- Approximately 20–25% domestic travel required with occasional off-hours support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5 years of maintenance or reliability engineering experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read P&IDs and machinery drawings.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
