Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble products using blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, and installation of components
- Conduct testing and inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Use hand tools, torque tools, and soldering equipment safely
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized workstations
- Follow IPC standards (IPC-610/620, J-STD-001 experience preferred)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical/mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic shop math
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
